Press + Push Press: build to heavy 3+3

MetCon – For Reps:

1 min Push-ups
1 min Burpee Bar Touches
1 min Push-ups
1 min T2B

Don’t forget the Halloween workout and party afterward.   The workout will be at 6PM this Wednesday with a party to follow.  Come in wearing a costume!  Bring food and/or drink to share.  There will be an award for the best dressed!
