It’s been a good week thus far with some big engagements, big babies, and big injuries (you know who I speak of). Some of you are pretty sore, myself included, but that’s just expected by now. We wanted to remind you about friend week coming up NEXT WEEK!!! Some of you have already been talking about it, which I love, because if you are pumped about this then your friends will be too! I know how excited the coaches are for next week. We will still do strength work things just may be a little different for your friends, and MetCons will be partner oriented. That doesn’t mean they will be easy though.
