Tonight’s blog post is going to be a link to a very short article on weightlifting by Glenn Pendlay.  Glenn is one of the coaches out at California Strength and Conditioning, where he handles most of the Olympic weightlifters.  His lifters have won Pan Ams, are Olympic hopefuls in London, and move a ton of weight six and seven days a week.

Here is the article.  I really like the idea of making the valleys shallower and the hills easier to climb.  Feel free to apply this concept to anything in your life, not just fitness or weightlifting.
