Warm-up: 20 Dislocates, 5 Side Dislocates, 20 Arm Circles (all ways); 2 Rounds – Run 200m, 20/10 Push-ups

Agility Ladder

Bench Press: 3×5

Warm-up to heavy snatch

MetCon – For Time:
10 Snatches (90% 1RM)

Finisher: 3×10 Toes-2-Bar and Good Morning (45/25lbs)

Several of you have asked about hip mobility that you can do on your own.  Well, I have delivered.  The product is mediocre at best and shamelessly stolen from Kelly Starrett’s brain, but I accomplished it in one take.  That’s what matters most.

Remember!  You need to hang out in those areas of restriction for several minutes.  Doing it multiple times a day is best.  Go get ‘em, gang.
