Holiday Hours and Announcements

noon class

Dear Crossfit Ktown Members,

As many of you know, our fearless leader, Mr. Grant Scalf, has taken a well-deserved vacation, leaving you all in my gentle hands. Despite his absence and the Holiday Season, the show must go on as they say. So, I have a few announcements as we close out the amazing year that was 2014  and begin an even more magnificent 2015.

First, holiday hours for Crossfit Ktown will be as follows: December 24, 25, 26 – Closed; December 31 – morning and noon classes only, January 1 – Closed. All other days will have normal class schedules.

Second, mark your calendars for Saturday, January 24, 2015. On that day, we will host the first annual Morning v. Noon v. Evening intra-gym competition. More details to come, but you should start assembling your crews for a Gangs of New York-intensity competition to determine which time of day will rule them all. But seriously, the workouts will be geared to all skill levels, and it should be a lot of fun to socialize and throw down with some of the Ktowners you may not see regularly.

Finally, as the year comes to a close, let’s all remember to take a look back to see how far we have come in the last year. Many of you have been setting PR’s and improving on things that once seemed impossible. While we will always seek to help you improve, know that all of the coaches see and are proud of the work you all do every day.

Sincerely,

Coach Taylor
