As you well know, we have a Paleo challenge coming up soon.  We begin this coming Monday, actually.  How can I convince you to try it?  I must admit, I am not very good at the convincing part.  If someone wants to change their diet, lifestyle, and/or body composition, they MUST have the intrinsic motivation.  The coaches can offer advice and knowledge, and your fellow Ktowners can offer lots of encouragement, but you still must want to make the change.

    Ditto on breakfast. I am trading my morning oatmeal and apple for scrambled eggs and an apple. I have much to learn about Paleo, but this seemed like a start.
