Front Squat: Build to Single @ 95%

Chin-Up Hold + Negative: Hold Chin-Up for 10s and Control Negative x 5

MetCon – EMOM 20 Minutes:
Odds: 3 Burpee Over Bar + 3 UB Thrusters (Heavy but Sustainable)
Evens: 3 Burpee Touch Pull-Up Bar + 5-8 Toes-2-Bar
