Lactic acid anyone? How about those legs and arms? This workout was rough, especially after yesterday. Just a few quick announcements…

1) It is the beginning of August so it’s time to pay if you haven’t already.
2) Remember the Friday evening classes are closed as well as the FREE Saturday class.  Friday morning AND noon will go ahead as scheduled.
3) Faction Games is this weekend! Boo yah!
4) If you haven’t voted for Paleo and you paid to be in the challenge please do so ASAP.
5) Death Day T-shirts are on sale for $15.

Name something different in the gym today that wasn’t here yesterday. Post to comments. (Or if you weren’t here both days then just name something different about this spot.)

Looking forward to tomorrow,

Monday’s WOD + the body reacting to low carbs for 9 days = not a good lifting day for the Dougernaut.

The only difference I noticed was I was not there for this awesome lifting day. Hmmmm, seems like I heard we had high hanging rings. I see a muscle up in my near future. BOOYOW!
