Power Clean: BW or 75% of 1RM, whichever is lighter, 1 every 30s for 20 reps
Eat and sleep well tonight, Ktowners. For those of you going tomorrow, good luck! Give your all for Ktown, but more importantly work hard and to a level worthy of yourself. Do not finish the 7 minutes of burpees thinking, “Man, I could have done a few more.” It will be a fun atmosphere with a lot of people standing around you cheering and motivating you. Embrace and use it to do your best all while having a great time.
