Larry meets DT.

Warm-up: 2 Rounds – 10 Dips, 15 OHS (PVC), 300m Row, 10 Leg Swings (Forward/Laterally)

Push-Press: 1-1-1-1-1

MetCon – IsaGrace:
30 Snatches (135/95lbs) + 30 Clean and Jerks (135/95lbs) For Time

Finisher: Hip Opener Stretch, Samson Stretch (30 seconds each leg)

With IsaGrace under your belts I won’t be surprised if some of you are quite sore tomorrow. Some impressive performances of the day included Jeanie doing all 60 reps of the MetCon, Kathryn using 55lbs for the snatch and 60lbs for the C&J, and Joe busting out a sub 10 minute Rx time. Travis also beat his biggest rival, Blake, while using more weight. Sorry Blake. Maybe it’s time to go back on strict Paleo? Just kidding. Love you.

Also, congrats to Thomas and his partner Laine who finished 6th overall out of approximately 200 teams this past weekend in Charlotte’s Great Urban Race. Not to mention, 3rd overall in the costume portion!

You can see why they did so well in the costume part.

P.S. If you have a special something or other that you did over the weekend or week (physical activity preferably but doesn’t have to be) and have pictures from that event, tell us about it. We would love to post something about you and your fun times.

Another day closer to Friday,
<3 Coach Miss J

Looks like I’ll be doing this Saturday morning at 9 … Ugh.

    More guesses for friday?

Fight Gone Bad, but 5 rounds, and the movements are: 135lb thrusters, pullups, burpees, 2pd Kettlebell swings, and row for calories. If Taylor scores less than 300, he must immediately row a 5k.

There’s absolutely no reason for this, but watch til the end
