How did everyone do today on “The Chief?” Did you PR your rounds, your power clean weight, or perform chest-to-deck push-ups? Perhaps you didn’t PR, but got close to your old score. That’s great! Don’t think that every time in the gym you will PR MetCons like “The Chief” or the “Filthy Fifty” or “Angie” if you have been CrossFitting for a while. Sometimes the mental toughness isn’t there or the body is fatigued from the days before. Stay positive and don’t get down on yourself if you don’t PR every day.
