BABIES!

Warm-up: Joint Mobility

Front Squat: Build to heavy 5

Thruster: Find 1RM

MetCon – AMRAP 7 min:
10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95lbs)
10 Weighted Straight Leg Sit-ups

The CrossFit Ktown Jacked and Tan team will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express at 701 East Hudson St. Columbus, OH 43211.  So if you plan on travelling with us, get your room booked soon!  We will arrive Thursday evening, May 10th, and possibly staying through Sunday night.  This means that the gym will be closing a bit over those few days.  Keep your eyes peeled for more information on that front.  We will make posts, update the calendar, and write silly coded messages on the whiteboard in webdings.

With that out of the way, let me make sure you all know about Coach Tay and his fiancée’s party this Saturday at the gym.  Jess and Taylor would like you all to join us for an evening of fun to wish them happily ever after.  There is an invite on the WODboard as you walk in the gym, and there are printed invites in a hard to read font laying on top of the bookshelves where your logbooks are haphazardly stored.  Check it out!

I want to name a workout after Jeremy Wade,
Coach G

    Jeremy Wade, forging elite angling.

Jeremy Wade is a stud, no doubt. But many would agree that elite angling was forged by the great Jose Wejebe, who died in a plane crash this past Friday. Perhaps a workout called “The Spanish Fly” would be more appropriate.

Those guys are pretty good but they don’t hold a candle to the original Tennessee angler Bill Dance.
