If you all see some heavy, wooden structures in the gym now, do not be afraid thinking they are some type of Trojan horse. You know Ktown wouldn’t fall for something like that. Instead, welcome them with open arms. These brand new jerk boxes took many hours to build with over 190 lag screws, 130 board feet, and 24 feet of nylon rope. They will be able to withstand repeated beat downs with max effort jerks, making all of our lives a little bit easier knowing we won’t have to tag-team clean the weight back up in to the rack.
I hope you all are as excited as CBo to use these things. I imagine just having them around everyone’s jerk will increase 10%. Bank on it!
