These kids have got some serious "ups"

Warm-Up: 15 leg swings forward, 15 leg swings backward, 20 walking lunges, 20 push ups x’s 2

25 Hand Stand attempts (if you can, do it without a wall)

MetCon – AMRAP in 8 minutes:

10 Broad Jumps

400m run

10 squat jumps (max. height)

Finisher: hip opener on the floor, Samson stretch, quad stretch

-Kriss Kross will make ya JUMP JUMP, and so will this MetCon! I hope you all are enjoying your “week off” and I hope you’re actually attempting to do some of these MetCons, this ain’t the time to be slacking off!

    Did yesterdays metcon in 15:14. Never do sit ups on your driveway with no towel or padding. I have some serious monkey butt going on right now.
