Just wanted to remind everyone that we have our Halloween Party on Friday October 28th! Sign-ups are on the whiteboard for food and drinks. You will probably read this same announcement ten more times before the actually workout and party. Next up on the announcements… you can still sign-up for the Barefoot Benefit 5k or 1 mile this Sunday at Lambert Acre Farms. If interested you need to sign up TODAY!  Lastly, CrossFit Ktown is sponsoring another 5k race on October 29th. The run is for the Sevier County Special Olympics and will take place in Seymour.
