Kids Class

Kids class begins Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30PM NEXT WEEK!

Warm-up

Hip Mobility

Front Squat: 2×5 @ 60%

Bulgarian Split Squat: 2×10

The Olympics have really messed up my routine.  Sleeping, eating, working, playing, and posting are all over the place.  It is amazing how connected we are so that I can watch live streams on my laptop, iPad, iPhone, and TV all at the same time.  But at the same time it is discouraging.  I should probably get back to getting stronger, fitter, and more beach-worthy.  To that I say the Summer Games only come around every four years!

Oh yeah, the kids class begins next week.  You can bet that several of the kids in the class will be at the 2020 Games in Istanbul (safe bet for the host city, IMO).  Who knows?  We may even have a wunderkind headed to Brazil for the 2016 Games (badminton).
