It’s hard to follow last night’s post with anything of substance, as it won’t compare to the work of Coach G. If you didn’t read it, take a look now.

Just a friendly reminder for O-class tomorrow at 7:30PM! Maybe you have been thinking about trying this class out to better your form, but haven’t made it out yet. Or maybe you didn’t know this class existed for members. Tomorrow will be the perfect opportunity to get in there. Coach G is back from his paddling, and I’m sure will have a fun filled class for you guys. Guaranteed to make you PR???
