With a week full of PRs, I only thought it fitting to capture at least one on film for all to see.  Here is Kevin Huff getting 70’s Big.  Megan wants you all to know that she is in fact dating this boy who is well on his way to becoming an adult male of 200lbs.

    I mean geez Kevin at least make it look hard. By the way, its so cute watching Kevin grow up and get strong. I remember the days when he would sit in the back of the gym and argue for the importance of bicep curls and the ripples in abs. Now he eats 4 double cheeseburgers a day and squats big to get STRONG! That’s what I’m talkin about.

    Congrats to James and Blake. I was there and saw them RX Diane. Diane is a very difficult MetCon to RX. I am really proud of both of you guys. Keep it up.
