Warm-Up: Waiter’s Walk circa building (35/20lbs), 25 Medicine Ball Cleans

Skill Work: Kipping Pull-Ups

MetCon – The Chief: 5 Rounds

3 Minutes of Work, 1 Minute of rest

3 Power Cleans (135/95lbs)

6 Push Ups

9 Air Squats

Finisher: Max reps of ring dips

-I thought it would be appropriate to post a picture of what our gym looked like before we painted the walls with hours of blood, sweat, and tears. Even though I was there for it all, it’s almost comical to look at the old photos. To think that was only four months ago! “Time flies when you’re having fun”….or should the saying go, “Time flies when you’re getting stronger, leaner, faster, healthier?” Seeing as to how all of you showed “The Chief” who was really boss today, I think you’ve all put your work into making this gym what it is today.

    The rowing we did on Friday was nothing like the workout on Monday. The Chief was a killer on the quads . . . mine are still sore today/Wednesday.
