Be thinking of your fellow Ktowners Ashley and Nate Helton, Ann Gonzalez, Walter Waage, Big Rob Hester, Liza Graves, Susan Musser, and the #Scalves as they make their summit bid today! If all went to plan they were up at midnight, hiked for 6 hours to gain the summit crater to watch the sun rise over the Indian Ocean, hiked another couple of hours up to the summit proper at 19,341 feet above sea level, and then began the 8 hour descent back to some better oxygen.
