So begins a new cycle…look for blog post this week!
A): Single Arm Dumbell Press (Slowly build to 3RM ea. arm, then 3×3 @ 80%)
This is a test and will be repeated this cycle. It can be different weights between arms.
B): Bulgarian Split Squat (Slowly build to 5RM ea. leg, then 1-2×5 @ 80%)
This is also a test this cycle and will be repeated. It can be different weights between legs.
C): 2k Row (Time)
Max Effort 2k Row
This is not a test on this cycle. Let’s hope we never repeat it again.
