A: 50 Back Squat @ 50% (Time)

Perform 50 back squats @ 50% of most recent 1RM. Utilize squat rack. AFAP.

B: 50 HSPU Test (Time)

Perform 50 HSPU for time. Standard is gymnastic mat OR 1 abmat + 25lb plates. Scale to what is appropriate for your skill level at this time.

C: AMRAP 5 of Double Unders (AMRAP – Reps)

Perform a 5 min AMRAP of double unders.
