Today begins a fun little workout series. For the next 3 weeks we will be performing a named workout on Monday and Wednesday. We want you to keep a cumulative score of times because on the final Wednesday we will use your time subtracted from 50:00 to give you an AMRAP time for Cindy. Have fun with it!
