B: Unleash an Alisha (Time)
20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 unbroken, touch and go wallballs 20/14lbs
Perform 1 burpee after each set for a total of 10 burpees.
UB TnG meaning no stopping once you begin your set. No resting holding the ball. No resting in the bottom. No intraset rest.
The workout is for time, but be smart with how much rest you give yourself to make sure your next set can be unbroken!
