Merry Christmas everyone! Christine as a MetCon proved to be a good day to wrap things up (especially when Cindy came right before); we will open again next Wednesday. Enjoy the holidays, eat as Paleo as possible and when you’re not eating Paleo, eat conservatively. I can’t wait to see all your new shiny CrossFit apparel, gym shorts, wrist wraps, tennis shoes, gym bags, chalk, and other CrossFit what-nots that I’m sure are on your Christmas list…right?
