    2 meniscus injuries, 2 broken legs, 5 surgeries, and 11 years of football later i honestly have to say i should have done more of the hip opener stretch and watched more featuring Kelly Starrett

    My 2-year old son is a superstar at sitting in the bottom of the squat. I think he could stay there all day.
