Important announcement for you folks…
There is NO 4:30pm class this Thursday for adults (just a one time thing). The CrossFit Kids class will be running at 4:30pm. Parents, if you are bringing your child/children to the kids class and you normally workout during this hour, feel free to row, jump rope, squat, or come up with your own body weight MetCon. The 5:30pm and 6:30pm class is on as regularly scheduled.
No Olympic Lifting class this Thursday either,
