I want to remind everyone that we DO NOT have a Saturday class this weekend or OPEN gym. Instead we will be lifting at CF Knoxville in the Oly meet. These practice O-meets don’t happen all the time, so use this as an opportunity to try something new! All ages, skills, etc. are welcome to come and participate. It starts at 10AM so make sure to be there early to sign-up and get your opening weight in.
