I know I have said this a million times, but I know someone is going to show up tomorrow. So…I want to remind you all once more that CrossFit Ktown is going hiking and we will not have our free class this Saturday (tomorrow). Please let your friends know if they were planning on attending. If you are so desperate to workout then call up some people, meet at a park, and put your brains together to come up with a good CrossFit style WOD. Otherwise, be ready to work hard on Monday to kick off our last week at this facility. You know we will be making use of that hill.
P.S. There will be a “goodbye” workout here on Friday so make plans to come at some point that day. Also, there will be an “inauguration” workout the following Monday at our new location!
