NOVEMBER PALEO CHALLENGE

Hey Ktowners,

Several of you have been asking about a November Paleo Challenge like last year, and we love your enthusiasm. Because so many of you saw great results, learned about diet and health, and had some fun, we decided to do it again this year.

Here are the basic details:

  1. Sign up on the white board on the wall to the right of the Wodify station at the gym.
  2. Make sure you include your e-mail address so we can send you further information directly.
  3. Speaking of further information, once you sign up, you will receive a YouTube video next week with the rules of the challenge as well as some useful information and tricks and tips for success.
  4. Just like last year, you will be split into teams, each of which will be reporting to a particular coach. Just an FYI, Team Taylor (my team) is the current unofficial champ. And yes, I decided that.
  5. This challenge is about learning and fun. We want you to all have a good time, try a new way of eating, and gain some new health strategies.
