Get dressed up and come to the Olympic lifting class! Put on your tuxedo t-shirt best, O-shoe up, and get ready to move some big weights. The fun normally used to happen Thursdays at 7:30pm, but we are changing it for a while to Wednesdays at 7:30pm! One day earlier means you don’t have to eagerly await the class for that extra day. I hope to see you there next Wednesday! If you aren’t very advanced in the O-lifts this is a perfect time to get better and maybe use the “good” bar (versus the rusty ones that Kyle and Crissy over-chalk. Hehe).

I made this announcement again because so many of you asked me this Thursday about the O-class (and b/c of that picture),

    Yes! Love “dress” shirts almost as much as I love O-lifting. Wednesday is worth a visit if you haven’t tried it yet.
