-The hour draws near, and the anticipation grows. Tomorrow is the day we’ve been building up for quite some time now. While it’s exciting to have certain benchmark WODs to test our fitness, it’s the other work that we do every day at Ktown to increase our workload capacity. There’s been more PR’s set in the past few weeks than I can shake a stick at, and if my grandfather were here he’d say that we’re cooking with gas (which means that we’re being efficient)! I can’t wait to see the times posted tomorrow, it’s gonna be amazing!! Stay psyched!
