Finisher: 5 Max Attempts for Wattage in 7 Pulls

In case you haven’t heard, we are hosting a competition with Lululemon Athletica Knoxville on October 27th. It’s a Saturday. It’s going to be a crazy good time! We mainly want to get social and sweaty with our TN CrossFits, but anyone is more than welcome to compete. That goes for all you members too! If you aren’t interested in competing, we need your volunteer help! Sign-ups will be at the gym. Go visit our new website and tell your CrossFit buds!

There are multiple divisions so don’t think you have to sign-up for Rx,
