It's almost time!!!

Warm-up

Press: 1 RM; 60% x Max Reps x 2

Conditioning – EMOM 20 Minutes:
Odd: 3 KB Snatches + 3 1-Arm KB OHS (50/35lbs)
Even: 5 KB Good Mornings + 10 KB SDHP

1) Remember Barbell for Boobs tomorrow starting at 6pm! We will still have normal hours if you can’t/don’t want to make this event.

2) Because I don’t need to say anything else… Oktoberfest Workouts!

3) Did you read #2? There doesn’t have to be a #3.
