This MetCon was quite the beast, and we had several people go “beast mode” during this workout. Shout out to all those who went Rx! Tomorrow begins the new On-Ramp classes to replace the Fundamental classes. The 7AM class will be On-Ramp ONLY, but the 6:30PM on-ramp will occur at the same time as the 6:30PM regular class.
