-I love our gym, straight up. I love our clients, I love the atmosphere, I love watching everyone progress, I love the encouragement, and I love cleaning the sweat off the floor every night. We’ve been blessed with quite a few walk-ins from all across America since we opened up this summer. They’ve all been great, and a few of them have returned when they’re in town and have remained in contact via the internet. Last week we had a fellow by the name of Aaron Henderson stumble in our box. He’s in town from Denver doing some work for KUB. He has worked out at the very popular CrossFit gym, CrossFit Front Range, multiple times. We’ve had the pleasure of having him in all this week as well. It’s been awesome watching him drop in and develop relationships with our clients in just a matter of days. This guy is a hoss, and he PR’d his Jerk today at 225lb! I loved seeing our members encourage him as he was getting psyched to crush his old PR. After the MetCon today, he was walking out (after he bought a shirt and took a picture with James and Ben S.) and slapped me five and said, “I love this place! I’ll see you tomorrow!” Aaron, I couldn’t have said it better…we really do have the best clients in the world. So thanks for being the best friends/members ever guys, and thanks for making my job so incredible! Aaron is the one in the middle rockin’ the CrossFit Ktown shirt, make sure and take advantage of talking to him while he’s still in town!
