What is the final ruling on sweet potatoes? Ok for paleo but not strict paleo? Or ok no matter what?

  6. Brandon February 12, 2010 at 11:09 am

The final ruling is that they are delicious.

Ben, Grant told me you are going hard routine for the last 5 weeks, but if you had this meal you’d be ok. Here’s what you don’t want to do… get a sweet potato and eat the whole thing with loads of butter and cinnamon on a day you didn’t workout. If it were me I think I would save sweet potatoes as a treat until after the strict Paleo.
