Basically I’m just going to remind everyone of the Paleo Challenge, since that is the most pertinent thing on our list of “to-dos” at CFK. Notice a date change… we were going to start the challenge on the 4th but have changed it to the following Monday, January 11th. This will hopefully give everyone interested time to sign-up and actually be in town when the challenge begins.
Remember that this is a CHALLENGE first and foremost, competition is involved, and it is not going to be easy all the time. Go ahead and start preparing yourself for no cheating and lots of hard work in the gym. I know G, CBo, and myself are pumped about this, and I know you all will be too when you start to see results. I guarantee they will come.
