It’s over! Sunday ended the Paleo Challenge and now it is picture time! If you participated in the Challenge please come in and let us take a snapshot of your new bodacious bod. It can be pre or post workout or on a day that you aren’t even working out. We will announce the top 5 men and women after Wednesday and voting by participants will commence after that. Congratulations everyone we coaches are super proud of you.
So while the official challenge may be over we challenge you to start living Paleo, especially if you aren’t where you want to be yet. Limit your treat intake and make those treats Paleo friendly (with Paleo sugars and almond flour etc.). I’m not saying don’t eat anything bad ever again, but hopefully now you are more aware of what you eat and will make better decisions!
