It’s over! Sunday ended the Paleo Challenge and now it is picture time! If you participated in the Challenge please come in and let us take a snapshot of your new bodacious bod. It can be pre or post workout or on a day that you aren’t even working out. We will announce the top 5 men and women after Wednesday and voting by participants will commence after that. Congratulations everyone we coaches are super proud of you.

So while the official challenge may be over we challenge you to start living Paleo, especially if you aren’t where you want to be yet. Limit your treat intake and make those treats Paleo friendly (with Paleo sugars and almond flour etc.). I’m not saying don’t eat anything bad ever again, but hopefully now you are more aware of what you eat and will make better decisions!

Going for the full 7 months…want to join me?

P.S. What did you eat after you got your picture taken?

I know this is the look you all are going for.

This has been a fun 10 weeks. The changes you all have made with both body composition and performance is astounding. I hope you all continue with Paleo choices and keep spreading the gospel.

Congrats to everyone who completed the Paleo Challenge – hope you saw some great results (you’re better men and women than I am for giving up dairy, specifically milk.)

Hopefully this will trigger Paleo-like living from now on. No need to stress yourself over food choices, but just being concious of your decisions and knowing when to treat yourself and with what should help tremendously.

I can’t wait to see everyone’s progress, and I’m sure the coaches can’t stand having to wait to reveal the photos as they become available. Great Job everyone. I know those photos are going to be great as I have seen such amazing changes in everyone involved.

Think the lack of comments today are due to carb-comas???

    Everyone is in carbohybernation.

Paleo was good. Could feel a BIG difference in my workouts. Glad strict Paleo is over but I still find myself making the same Paleo food for meals.
