Homework: Find someone you know who is either interested in looking better, feeling better, losing weight, or in need of those things and invite them to our Paleo lecture tomorrow at 7:30PM or on Friday at 6:30PM or 10:00AM. They don’t have to be interested in CrossFit or exercising at all, just invite them to a FREE nutrition lecture. This is important information that can help everyone, regardless of their fitness goals.

    I noted on the FB page that the storm completely erased all discussion of The Badger. I’d rather do Murph again than that sumbitch. Well, maybe not…tough choice.
