Paleo has gone good for me so far. The first day I had a major Paleo headache for about 1/2 of the day, but ever since then been feeling good. Except of course at workouts, because they are still harder than normal.

figured i couldn’t miss a day of youtube, so i just went with a classic…

  3. James January 15, 2010 at 8:06 am

That is a classic, but we all know that now a days, gangstas be rollin in the Prius. You know good for sneakin up on (explicative).

Both E and I have had some headaches throughout the week (more E than I), but I have yet to see a dip in performance. I thought Wed. I was going to see it, but ended up PR’ing in both 1RM Jerk and Isabel. I guess we’ll see today.

I had some small headaches the first two days but yesterday and today I have been feeling pretty good. Also, I saw a hint of ab muscle last night while I was having a pose-off against myself in the mirror. I think I won! =o)… Ben, you demolished Isabel, knocking off 3 mins from you previous time. Awesome!

The Paleo is working well for me. I have been doing it for over two months now at about 80% roughly i would say. Once I heard about the challenge I couldn’t resist trying a little harder. I would say I am at about 95% now with the foods which is pretty good for not cooking them I would imagine. As for headaches the only headaches I get are from HSPUs :=).

Ben that is awesome you haven’t seen a dip in performance. Some people have all the luck. *wishful sigh* If you were to dip in performance you would see it in today’s upcoming MetCon! :-0 It’s a good one!

This first week of paleo has been different than when I did in December. I’ve lost like 3-4 pounds since Monday! I didn’t last time. Not that I’m complaining …
