Paleo orthodoxy is ripe for humor…

Ladies, this is what your shirt will look like on your man. Get one now!

Warm-up: Foam Rolling and Mobility

Deadlift: Build to 5RM

4 Rounds Not For Time:
15 Ring Dips
10 BB Bent Over Rows (moderate)
200m Farmer’s Carry

Alright, Ktown, it is that time of the Julian calendar year again (no one cares about the shorter day in the Tropics, Gregorian followers).  It is time for our Spring Paleo Challenge!  We will begin April 23rd, which happens to be a Monday, and it will run for 10 weeks as usual.  Very soon we will set up a Paleo lecture, but we also have a lecture recorded and on YouTube that we will post when the time comes.

So if one of your goals at Ktown is to lean out, join in and get more feedback and support through this system.  Or maybe you are like Adam Gerken and want to fit less snugly, in all the right areas, of your European swimsuit piece.  Whatever the case may be, this will be a great time to learn about health and recovery and how they are affected by diet.

Clearly, there have been some discussions between Grant and Adam G that are appropriate between a coach and client, but possibly not to be shared. I am now hastily reviewing anything I might have revealed similarly that would be embarrassing if published.

Is that a fake bullet hole sticker or a flower towel hook in the background?

Tempting… but the 4 year old picky eater in me is scared.

My biggest concern with Paleo would be that my 1RM snatch would drop to about the same weight as my 15RM overhead squat… Has anyone else experienced such a thing?
