Alright, Ktown, it is that time of the Julian calendar year again (no one cares about the shorter day in the Tropics, Gregorian followers). It is time for our Spring Paleo Challenge! We will begin April 23rd, which happens to be a Monday, and it will run for 10 weeks as usual. Very soon we will set up a Paleo lecture, but we also have a lecture recorded and on YouTube that we will post when the time comes.
So if one of your goals at Ktown is to lean out, join in and get more feedback and support through this system. Or maybe you are like Adam Gerken and want to fit less snugly, in all the right areas, of your European swimsuit piece. Whatever the case may be, this will be a great time to learn about health and recovery and how they are affected by diet.
