Paleo Challenge in the house! That’s right folks, our next Paleo Challenge begins April 23rd. There will be a lecture 7:30pm this Thursday evening that all newcomers really need to attend. Note: no O-lifting class that night. Sorry to all you die-hard Olympic lifters. We have some big time seasoned veterans returning to the Challenge, so all you newbies better bring you’re A-game!
