Alternating Tabata Air Squats/ Sit-Ups

Finisher: 3 Minutes Light Rowing

    Tay tay, I did all ye calculations and (neglecting the extra strength per amount of muscle you would have) it comes out to where I would have to do 2.14 air squats for your every 1. I’m gonna lower it to 1.5:1 to vaguely account for that strength/muscle ratio. So where you had 160 sumthin today and I had 177…to equal your amount of work I would have had to do 240. So, fret not sir…you are still kickin’ my ass big guy! By the way to all who don’t know, I’m a physics major (a.k.a. nerd) so you shouldn’t be too surprised that I calculated all this shiz…It’s my life…other than soccer and crossfit, “whaammyyyy”

    After I read the post and before I even looked at the pictures I knew that pic of Rach and I would on there…Oh, and thanks to Ktown I’m having problems walking today…Buck, if you factor in my age and good looks I actually did 450 air squats yesterday. =o)
