 PERFECT! Or close enough to it….

Practicing my specific weakness has just become a recent discipline I’ve developed over the past few months. I would have saved a lot of time and missed lifts if I would have picked this habit up earlier. Anyone who has been CF’ing for at least a month should be able to tell you their strengths and weaknesses. If you can’t figure out yours, give me an hour of your time….

Our weaknesses usually include something we don’t relatively enjoy doing, so we try to avoid it at every cost. These problems are the weak links in our fitness armor, and they will limit us from progression. Isn’t that what we’re all working towards anyway? The skills and drills that improve our performance most are the ones that are subjectively hardest for us.

Practice as if you are the worst, and you’ll perform as if you are the best!”

Pick up that jump rope and work on double unders! Are you REALLY re-dipping on your jerk? Get that unloaded bar and PRACTICE! Understand that we all have weaknesses, and understand that we should all exhaustively work on improving them. Make me proud, and practice those things you hate.

    Neither member of the undefeated Ktown Ball team has a weakness.

    Pullups are my weakness right now, and it’s something I hope to see on WODs because I know it won’t be a weakness if I do them enough.

    No pull ups today Doug, but that doesn’t mean you can’t come in here and work on them!!!!!!

    Oh yes the weaknesses, good post today CBo. My weaknesses are (drum roll please) handstand mother lovin push-ups. One day I will conquer them though, just as I conquered pull-ups. Which to be honest, could be better too!

    me you and some pull ups have a date then doug…just talking to grant today how i needed to incorporate them back into my warmups
