Progenex is in…

If it's good enough for America's record holder in the clean and jerk, it's good enough for me.

Warm-up: 2 Rounds – 10 1-arm KB Swings, 5 1-arm OHS w/ KB, 10 Ring Rows, 10 Strict Knees-to-Elbows, 5 Air Squat Jumps to Full Height

Power Snatch: Work to heavy set of 5

Clean Pulls:  Work to heavy but powerful set of 8

MetCon – 3 Rounds for Time:
5 Deadlifts @ Clean Pull Weight
25 Push-ups

Finisher: Foam Roll T-spine

And so the Progenex shipment has arrived.  Many of you have asked about supplementing your diet with their Recovery product and a few have asked about the More Muscle.  Some of your coaches have been using one or both of these products for the past few months and we are more than satisfied.  Progenex has a large following in the sports world, not to mention the fervor they generate in the CrossFit community, because of their satisfied customers.

If you are curious about which product would be right for you, and/or if you would like to buy a bag and give it a try, we are here to discuss your options.  We received a good deal from Progenex and we would like to pass the savings on to the Ktown family.  However, we are not going to proselytize about their products to anyone that does not want to hear it.

Let me be straight with you, neither of these supplements (or any supplement for that matter) will do as much for you as eating, sleeping, and hydrating properly.  But for those you looking for a little bit of an edge because you are taking care of the big three, we would like to be your source.

P.S. – Don’t make me break out the line about the Paleo Diet not being an historical reenactment.

This just seems appropriate as well. But only if you don’t mind a little bad language

Not as appropriate but a classic nonetheless.

I am going to have to give it a try, getting old sucks. Plus on the off chance this unregulated supplement may have some extra added steroidal benefits or additiives may be a bonus.
