I hope everyone is destrominating their first week of the Paleo Challenge. Remember, your insulin has probably been higher than a high schooler that was not getting enough attention from mom and dad when they were younger and, therefore, made some less than stellar decisions while “experimenting.” Those hunger pangs and headaches will abate if you continue on your clean eating path to Paleo-vana.
Keep fighting the good fight and come to us with any and all questions regarding your diet. Most of all, get to doing some independent research. Nothing says dogmatic fervor more than buying in to all of the Paleo-sphere literature.
