We don’t do any advertising.  We rely on getting you all results and giving you an experience that you cannot get at any other gym in Knoxville.  If we are doing a good job of that, maybe you have friends or family that would be interested in joining the Ktown family.  Next week is your chance to bring people in to the regularly scheduled classes to see what we are all about!

The workouts will be programmed with this in mind.  There will be a couple of partner workouts that can also be done solo.  We will also have the neophytes doing some less technical work when you all are doing your Olympic lifts and the like.  It will be a good time, but when is it not at Ktown?
