Ready for some rope climbs?


Overhead Squat: 1RM

MetCon – AMRAP 15 Minutes:
200m Run
10 Pull-Ups
1 Deadlift (75% 1RM)

Just a reminder we will be participating in the Harvell WOD Fundraiser Saturday morning. We would love for our gym to rock out and raise a lot of money in donations or t-shirt orders. We will have a t-shirt sign-up list at the gym during this time for a massive order. If you forgot what the workout is…here goes:


The Harvell WOD (Workout of the Day) can be done by anyone. The Workout is a team workout consisting of 2 people where only one person can work at a time. Additionally each exercise must be completed in the order described in its entirety before moving onto the following exercise.

2 Rounds For Time:
11 Rope Climbs or 50 Pull-Ups
200m Buddy Carry
33 Power Cleans (95/135lbs)
400m Buddy Carry
55 Front Squats (95/135lbs)
66 Burpees with 1 additional Push-Up at the Bottom.


Scale weight or exercise as necessary for differing athletic abilities.


For example:
Jumping or Band Pull-Up in place of Pull-Up
45lb Plate carry in place of buddy carry
