Riddle Me That…

Riddle Me That…

This is the REAL Karen, not the 150 wallball Karen.

This is the REAL Karen, not the 150 wallball Karen.

Warm-up: 2 Rounds – 300m Row, 15 OHS (PVC), 15 Dips, Hip Mobility

MetCon – Karen:
150 Wallballs (20/12lbs)

Finisher: Max set of ring push-ups & foam roll

Riddle: A man was dropped into a concrete room with no windows, doors, light, etc. After he was dropped in, a concrete ceiling was placed over him.  All he had in the room was a mirror and a chair. How did he escape?

Answer: He looked in the mirror to see what he saw, he sawed the chair in half, two halves make a whole, he crawled through the hole.

Sorry for this riddle,
Coach G

I do see a fallacy in this riddle though…if there is no light, how can you see anything in the mirror? Just saying…

ah man – I missed my very own workout tonight … what a bummer! hope everyone killed it in my absence! :-) See you all again soon (I hope!)

This WOD was awesome but my quads hate me right now. Blake and Travis didn’t come so let’s ridicule them.

Great metcon yesterday. My quads are killing me today…Here is a little fun video for ya. This is what happens when you mix a yard sale, beer, and rugby players…

James…that video made my day! “Were we speeding?”= classic

    Hahahahaha, amazing. Nice officer.

    Nice James…

I’d like to thank Grant and Caleb for standing by while I slacked off tremendously in yesterday’s metcon… thereby allowing me to have the legs to perform well in my indoor game last night.

I honestly think I had done about 120 WB’s @ 12 lbs when G stopped me and said I was finished. Thanks Coach!

We miss you Karen! Your basketball team needs you more, but I know you will be back soon. :)

Just realized that if Crossfit prepares you for the unexpected, hope and pray it happens at least 2 days after a workout…I can’t feel my legs, actually, yes I can feel my legs and they hate me.

  11. crossfitktown November 17, 2009 at 5:57 pm

And lucky for you, Ben, the unexpected should be happening tomorrow around 5:30PM. I look forward to it.
